Job Overview

Toolcraft Machining, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team, at our facility in Germantown, WI. As the Inside Sales Coordinator, this individual will support the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Engineering Departments within the Company, ensuring accurate data entry, seamless communication between departments, and exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide real-time follow-ups to customers regarding delivery of quotes, status changes, shipping arrangements, delivery dates, etc.
• Coordinate with production and shipping departments to align with customer demands.
• Provide prompt responses to inquiries to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for record keeping within the CRM, to track customer activity and follow-up tasks.
• Support forecasting efforts by providing visibility into customer demand trends utilizing internal reporting.
• Provide back-up to order sales processing.
  
  

Preferred Job Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  
  

2.2 years of administrative or sales support experience, ideally in CNC machining or manufacturing.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (JobBOSS)
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fast learner, resourceful and go-getter attitude.
