Commercial Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing support to the Assistant Manager and Manager, analysis of sales data for the company within the commercial department, and communication with customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assists with Volume and Revenue forecasting and month accrual, revenue, and volume reporting.
• Provides recommendations to Management related to market and customer strategies.
• Performs sales price verification with customers;
• Maintains SAP system data timely and accurately as required.
• Communicates with customers to assist to resolve concerns.
• Provides information on customer requests and reporting.
• Responsible for Sales Retro Billing/Invoices.
• Assisting with parts shipments as needed by working with other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred.
• Prior working experience in Auto manufacturing industry strongly preferred
• Korean-English bilingual candidate required due to communication with the Korean Customers and Suppliers (most of communication, written and verbal, is in Korean language).
• Understanding of industry and Customers (Hyundai, Kia) strongly preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role required.
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline driven environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: N/A

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Primarily office work environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

• Ability to focus for extended periods of time.

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

TRAVEL: (maybe required by car occasionally to customer sites).
