Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Assist customers with purchases, questions, and product recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment throughout your shift
- Stock and organize merchandise as needed
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and stay focused during slower periods
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills (our #1 priority)
- Ability to stay on task and work independently
- Must maintain a professional, distraction-free work environment
- Cell phone use is limited to emergencies only and not permitted while customers are in the store
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (assistance available if needed)
- Must be reliable and able to work weekends and closing shifts
- Must be comfortable working full shifts without outside social visits
Preferred (but not required):
- Creative abilities (merchandising, displays, styling, etc.)
