About the Role
As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate, you will:
- Welcome clients and guide them through a personalized, luxury shopping experience
- Assist with milestone purchases and custom-designed jewelry
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Learn and share knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, bridal jewelry, and fashion trends
- Maintain beautiful displays and ensure all jewelry is presented to our quality standards
- Support daily store operations and collaborate with the Toodie’s team
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of two years of luxury sales experience (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to upsell, merchandise, and confidently present products
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic math
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
