What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our team, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities that ensure our clients receive outstanding service, including:
- Client Communication:
- Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately or taking thorough messages.
- Scheduling and confirming client appointments.
- Contacting clients for jewelry repair pickups and conducting quarterly follow-ups for uncollected repairs.
- Jewelry Services:
- Handling jewelry repair intake and returns with precision and care.
- Performing basic cleaning of clients’ jewelry to restore its brilliance.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Collecting and maintaining accurate client data (name, address, phone number).
- Utilizing CRM software to communicate effectively and ensure personalized follow-ups.
- Store Operations:
- Assisting clients with navigating our state-of-the-art website.
- Merchandising displays in the morning and evening to maintain a luxurious and welcoming environment.
- Re-stocking bags, jewelry boxes, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Additional Services:
- Providing basic knowledge of precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones to educate and assist clients.
- Gift wrapping items with care to create a beautiful presentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry, including precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones (training provided).
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Previous retail customer service experience preferred.
