This role will work closely with the EDI Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day order execution across key retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day EDI order processing across retail accounts (PO intake, acknowledgments, ASN creation, invoicing)
- Manually input and manage orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with incoming EDI and non-EDI orders
- Assist in monitoring EDI transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with retailer requirements
- Help troubleshoot and resolve EDI errors, discrepancies, and chargebacks in partnership with internal teams
- Coordinate with 3PL/warehouse teams to support timely order processing, labeling, and shipment execution
- Support documentation and maintenance of retailer compliance guidelines and routing requirements
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to help resolve order-related issues
- Assist with onboarding new retail accounts, including EDI setup, testing, and go-live support
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in current workflows, particularly across manual order entry and EDI processes
- Support reporting on order status, EDI performance, and operational KPIs
- 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, order management, EDI coordination, or ERP-based order entry
- Hands-on experience working within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) required
- Experience with EDI platforms such as TrueCommerce or SPS Commerce preferred
- Basic understanding of retail compliance requirements (ASNs, routing, labeling, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with manual processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactional work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industries
- Experience working with major retailers (e.g., Ulta, Sephora, Target, Nordstrom, etc.)
- Exposure to 3PL/warehouse operations and logistics
- Accurate and timely order entry across both EDI and manual ERP processes
- Strong support of day-to-day order execution with minimal errors
- Improved team efficiency and reduced operational bottlenecks
- Seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners
