ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect payments from patrons.
- Mix ingredients to create both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Have a clear understanding of beer, wine and be familiar with cocktail recipes
- Take beverage orders from serving staff and directly from patrons.
- Take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Stay guest focused and attempt to limit liability and issues related to patrons level of drinking.
- Clean bar, work areas and tables as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Employees must have a basic knowledge of the dining room and service procedures.
- The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to actively listen and social perceptiveness skills.
- Previous experience as a bartender
