Experienced Downhole Pump Technician / Specialist
Tony’s Pump & Supply is looking for an experienced Downhole Pump Technician to join our team in Kingfisher, Oklahoma or Seiling, Oklahoma . We are looking for someone with hands-on experience repairing and troubleshooting downhole rod pumps who can take ownership of our pump repair operation.
The right candidate should be able to independently tear down, diagnose, repair and rebuild downhole pumps, identify causes of pump failure, and communicate directly with customers about repairs, failure causes and potential solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior downhole/rod pump repair experience strongly preferred
- Ability to diagnose pump failures and recommend solutions
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable communicating directly with customers
- Dependable, self-motivated and able to manage the pump shop with limited supervision
Compensation & Benefits: $30–$35/hour DOE, overtime available, production-based pump bonus, company-paid employee health insurance, dental and vision available, company truck and fuel for work/commuting, company phone, uniforms, and paid time off.
This is an opportunity for an experienced pump technician to take ownership of an established pump shop and help us rebuild and grow this part of our business.
