Plumbing Install Lead Expectations
Lead and manage residential plumbing install projects, focusing on repipes and tankless water heater installations.
Supervise and mentor a team of installers, ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to code.
Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members to ensure smooth project flow.
Perform hands-on work, inspections, and troubleshooting as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Conduct site assessments to determine the best location and layout for sewer system installation, taking into account local building codes and regulations.
Order and procure all necessary materials, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and tools, required for the sewer system installation.
Excavate trenches to the appropriate depth and slope for sewer lines, ensuring proper alignment and adherence to local codes and safety standards.
Install sewer pipes, including PVC, cast iron, or other suitable materials, ensuring watertight connections, proper slopes, and alignment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring the safe operation of tools and equipment, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Construct and install manholes, cleanouts, and access points to facilitate inspections and maintenance of the sewer system.
Connect sewer lines to plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, showers, and floor drains, ensuring proper seals and venting.
Utilize cameras and diagnostic equipment to inspect sewer lines, identifying blockages, leaks or damage.
Ability to work long hours and flexibility working weekends.
Plumbing Install Lead Experience
