Job Description:
We are hiring a dependable Back of House Team Member to join our kitchen team on Saturdays and Sundays. This role focuses on preparing fresh salads, making cold subs, handling kitchen prep, and keeping dishwashing operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Make salads and cold subs with consistency and attention to detail
- Perform prep work including chopping, using a slicer, and portioning ingredients
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Must be available to work weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
Schedule:
- This is not a flexible schedule
