Tony Roma’s Durham is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced, full-service environment known for ribs, steaks, and hospitality.

Operations & Guest Experience
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a full-service casual dining restaurant
- Ensure consistent execution of Tony Roma’s signature menu (ribs, steaks, seafood, bar program)
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service speed
- Actively engage with guests to resolve issues and elevate the dining experience
- Manage reservations, private dining rooms, and group events
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop hourly and management staff
- Build a strong service culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
- Address staffing gaps and improve retention
- Coach team members and create clear paths for advancement
- Manage P&L, including labor, food cost, and inventory control
- Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and local marketing
- Monitor KPIs such as ticket times, table turns, and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain brand standards aligned with Tony Roma’s global reputation
- Oversee opening/closing procedures and operational audits
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
