Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hardscape Laborer to join our construction team. This position involves assisting with the installation and construction of outdoor hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other masonry elements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, hands-on experience on construction sites, and familiarity with the tools, equipment, and materials commonly used in hardscape projects. Candidates must be reliable, able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and committed to producing high-quality work.

Duties - We Will Train The Right Candidate
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes.
- Install masonry units such as bricks, pavers, or stone for outdoor features.
- Perform site preparation tasks including grading, excavation, and compaction.
- Assist with demolition and removal of existing structures or landscaping features as needed.
- Follow safety protocols on-site to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements - We Will Train The Right Candidate
- Valid driver’s license a plus
- Laying pavers
- Base preparation
- Cutting and setting stone
- Ability to safely and efficiently use required tools and equipment (e.g., compactors, saws, hand tools)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and perform basic maintenance on tools and machinery.
