Compensation: $50,000-65,000/yr
Summary
Responsible for supervising and maintaining all cashier and receivable functions for the dealerships as well as compiling and maintaining accounts payable records
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensures all receivables are being collected in an appropriate timeframe, including the organization’s wholesale customers.
Ensures deposits are made daily and in a timely manner
Manages large cash transactions making sure the appropriate amounts are being collects and handled accurately according to the cash handling policy
File GET monthly and yearly
Reconcile parts statement monthly
Reconcile credit card statement monthly using the organizations credit card expense monitoring software
Ensures all bills are entered and paid in a timely manner
Ensures all reporting needs are provided to upper management
Completes 1099s yearly mailing copies out to customers as well as electronically file to IRS
Covers any associates responsibilities in the AP/AR department as necessary
Maintains a professional appearance. Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications

Educations and/or Experience
Associate degree from an accredited college or technical school, five years related experience, or three years equivalent combination of educations and experience
Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel are required
Five years of management experience is required
