Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Truck Mechanic with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance.
- Proficient in using hand tools and equipment for repairs, including knowledge of transmissions, air brakes, and hydraulics.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and service technician experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with schematics, along with excellent customer service skills.
- Certification in relevant automotive repair or maintenance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and ensure proper vehicle maintenance.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for repairs, including air brake systems and transmissions.
- Conduct brake repairs and alignments, ensuring vehicles meet safety standards.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot mechanical problems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and solutions effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
