Company Description

Mission & Jurisdiction

  • The department is responsible for protecting lives, property, and resources of tribal members and visitors on tribal lands.
  • It enforces tribal laws and regulations under the sovereignty of the Tonto Apache Tribe, while also coordinating with federal or state agencies when necessary (e.g., in matters involving gaming operations).
