Job Overview:
We are hiring Housekeepers to join our team at Tonopah Station Hotel & Casino. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining hotel rooms to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
- Replace towels, linens, and other room amenities as needed
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and stationery
- Ensure rooms are cleaned according to hotel standards and within a specified time frame
- Report any maintenance or repair needs in guest rooms
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning equipment safely
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent service to guests
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items such as linens and cleaning supplies
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor!
