We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the dealership's success by overseeing all financial activities related to vehicle sales, financing, and aftermarket products. Finance Manager Responsibilities

• Manage the finance and insurance department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee the completion of all financial and legal paperwork related to vehicle sales and financing.
• Guide customers through the financing process, providing transparent and accurate information on loan options, lease agreements, and aftermarket products.
• Evaluate credit applications and work with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms for customers.
• Maximize profitability for the dealership by offering aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of automotive financing trends, regulations, and industry practices.
• Collaborate with sales staff to optimize customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless sales process.
• Train and mentor finance team members, fostering their growth and development within the dealership.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to finance and insurance practices.
• Implement strategies to increase finance department performance and profitability.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with lending institutions, vendors, and third-party partners.

Finance Manager Qualifications

• Previous experience in procuring automotive loans.
• Strong knowledge of finance and leasing products, processes, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail with a strong customer service focus.

Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
