Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision as the Tonganoxie Terrace Nurse Supervisor across assigned shifts or units
Support nursing staff with clinical guidance, problem-solving, and decision-making
Monitor resident care and intervene when clinical concerns arise
Address staffing, workflow, and operational issues in real time
Ensure documentation, policies, and clinical standards are followed
Communicate shift updates and concerns to nursing leadership
Qualifications
Current state nursing license required
Management experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
