We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who thrives on connection, problem-solving, and helping patients live their best possible lives to provide care across Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Livingston, and Genesee counties.
In this role, you will:
- Assess patients' functional abilities and create personalized rehabilitation plans.
- Teach patients and families techniques to improve independence in daily living.
- Recommend and fit assistive devices to enhance mobility and function.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide ongoing evaluation and adjust treatment plans as needed.
You're a great fit if you:
- Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Have a current license/registration in the state of practice.
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare facility or similar.
- Are compassionate, resourceful, and an excellent communicator.
- Have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
