Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a team. Supervise 3-5 workers, ensuring top-notch landscaping on high-end properties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team for efficient landscaping.
- Oversee tasks: mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and irrigation.
- Hands-on work, maintaining high standards.
- Regularly inspect landscapes and enforce safety.
Qualifications:
- Proven landscape experience.
- Supervisory or leadership preferred.
- Solid lawn care knowledge.
- Proficient with landscaping equipment.
- Organized with good communication skills.
- Leadership qualities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license, ability to drive company vehicles.
- Pass pre-hire drug screening.
