Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at our metal finishing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all equipment, systems, and infrastucture including plating lines, wastwater treatment systems, electrical systems, and facility utilities.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can troubleshoot issues in real time, implement preventitive maintenance programs, and continuously improve equipment uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Facility & Equipment Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance and repair of palting lines, tanks, hoists, rectifiers, pumps, filtration systems, and wastewater treatment equipment
- Maintain facility infrastructure including plumbing, electrical systems, compressed air, ventilation, and HVAC
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process related issues quickly to minimize downtime
Preventive Maintenance
- Develop and implement a structured preventive and predictive maintenance program
- Schedule and track maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Maintain accurrate maintenance records and documentation
Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and support maintenance staff
- Coordinate with production to prioritize repairs and minimize disruption
- Train staff on proper equipment use and basic maintenance practices
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
