Are you a creative multi-tasker who loves keeping things organized and making a difference in your community? TCAT is looking for a Marketing Assistant to help us stay connected with the public, support our outreach efforts, and keep our marketing materials fresh and engaging!
What You’ll Do:
This is a dynamic role where no two days are quite the same! You’ll work closely with our Manager of Communications & Marketing and help with everything from social media to event planning. Here’s a glimpse of what’s on your plate:
- ADA Application Processing & Compliance: Help ensure accessibility for all riders
- Event Coordination & Public Outreach: Assist with community events and campaigns
- Social Media Content Creation: Share updates, stories, and visuals that connect with our riders
- Admin Support: Keep the marketing dept running smoothly behind the scenes
- Customer Service Backup: Step in at the front desk when needed
- Website & Marketing Material Updates: Keep our public-facing content current and polished
- Photo & Art Archive Management: Organize and maintain our visual assets

Who We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years combined relevant work experience or education
- Experienced in social media content and engagement (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Solid graphic design skills and comfort with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
