JOB REQUIREMENTS: Now Hiring: Youth Care Worker (Full-Time, Overnight
Shift) Tomorrow\'s Children Inc., a nonprofit Residential Treatment
Facility, is seeking a compassionate and driven Youth Care Worker to
join our dedicated team. If you\'re passionate about making a meaningful
impact in the lives of children facing emotional and behavioral
challenges, we\'d love to hear from you. We provide therapeutic care in
a homelike setting, helping children develop daily living skills, build
healthy social relationships, and learn appropriate behaviors through
consistent support and guidance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and
engage with 67 children with emotional and/or behavioral needs in a
structured, home-like environment Remain alert and attentive throughout
the overnight shift (11:00 PM 7:00 AM) to monitor and support children
with severe behavioral challenges Accurately document observations,
incidents, and progress in daily records Maintain a safe and clean
living space through light housekeeping and minor maintenance tasks
Position Details Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Overnight (11 PM 7 AM)
