Overview
We're working with a design-led experiential studio delivering brand-led events, activations, and immersive experiences across fashion, luxury, and lifestyle sectors.
They're looking for a Production Coordinator to join their New York team, supporting the delivery of projects from early planning through to on-site execution.
This is an ideal role for someone with early agency or event experience who is looking to develop within a fast-paced, creative production environment.
What You'll Do
- Support Producers across the full project lifecycle - from planning through to live delivery
- Assist with sourcing venues, vendors, and production elements including décor, furniture, and gifting
- Help manage project documentation, schedules, and production materials
- Coordinate vendor communications, including research, outreach, and on-site liaison
- Track project costs, invoices, and receipts throughout production phases
- Assist with client communications and updates as needed
- Organise project files, meeting notes, and internal documentation
- Support on-site delivery across build, live event, and breakdown phases
What You'll Bring
- ~2 years' experience within an experiential agency, events company, or production environment
- Exposure to brand events, activations, or live experiences
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both internally and externally
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- A genuine interest in experiential, culture, and brand storytelling
Bonus Experience
- Experience within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
- Exposure to creative or design-led environments
