The Role
We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales Enablement to build and scale the enablement architecture across our Enterprise go-to-market organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Partnerships, and is responsible for transforming how we sell, onboard, and grow customers—by making our best practices consistent, measurable, and repeatable.
This is not a traditional training role. It is a systems-building role focused on turning insight into execution and execution into revenue impact.

The Role
We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales Enablement to build and scale the enablement architecture across our Enterprise go-to-market organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Partnerships, and is responsible for transforming how we sell, onboard, and grow customers—by making our best practices consistent, measurable, and repeatable.

What You'll Do
- Build and operationalize vertical-specific playbooks (ICP, discovery, objections, competitive positioning) to drive consistent sales execution
- Turn Gong into a coaching and insight engine, translating call data into targeted rep development and GTM improvements
- Establish win/loss intelligence and feedback loops across Sales, CS, Product, and SE to improve deal outcomes
- Design and scale onboarding and enablement programs that reduce ramp time and improve performance across teams
- Develop a customer outcomes and business case library to support both new sales and renewals
- Standardize demo frameworks, onboarding approaches, and QBR processes around measurable business impact
- Build and extend partner enablement programs, including playbooks, qualification criteria, and business case tools
- 8 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or RevOps in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience building enablement systems from the ground up, not just running programs
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deal dynamics
- Proven ability to translate data (Gong, CRM, customer insights) into behavioral change and revenue impact
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams
- Ability to operate as both a strategist and operator in a fast-scaling environment
