What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surgical Technologist position at Tomoka Surgery Center?
Tomoka Surgery Center is a busy single specialty surgery center specializing in Ophthalmology. We currently have a position available for a Surgical Technician.
Surgical Days are Monday - Thursday with some Fridays.
The Surgical Technician is a member of the surgical team who works with the surgeon, registered nurse and anesthesiologist delivering direct patient care before, during and after surgery. The technologist functions as an instrument assistant and may also function as a circulating assistant under supervision of a registered nurse.
