Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, and general grounds upkeep.
- Keep sidewalks, parking areas, buildings, and common areas clean and free of debris. Remove trash from common areas and maintain the overall appearance of the community. Clean and maintain the clubhouse, laundry rooms, and other shared facilities. Perform light maintenance duties, including painting touch-ups and minor repairs.
- Report maintenance concerns to management promptly.
- Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and staff.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of lawn maintenance, groundskeeping, porter, or property maintenance experience required.
- Ability to safely operate lawn maintenance equipment.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather. Plumbing and electrical experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
