*Looking for long term (6 months), Part Time Employees, with availability for nights and weekends*
Associates will prep ingredients, sell drinks and donuts, and receive/take orders. The environment is fast paced and applicants should be able embrace the lively atmosphere and have the ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks and food items with consistency and attention to detail
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Communicate clearly with team and managers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and store
- Work collaboratively with the team during shifts
- Follow recipes, procedures, and quality standards
- Stay proactive — restock, clean, and assist where needed
Pay for those without any experience will start at $17.50 tip. We will pay you to train! For those that come with experience, starting pay will be negotiable. We will perform reviews at the 6-month mark and increase incrementally based on performance.
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work ~15 hours a week
- Night and weekend availability
- Reliable, punctual, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience in food service, boba shops, or barista experience (preferred)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Food Handler's certificate (required)

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
