As a Food Runner at Tommy’s Tavern Tap, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. You’ll support the front-of-house team by resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the restaurant floor is always guest-ready.
Requirements:Exemplify the Tommy’s Tavern and Tap Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both guests and team members.
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables quickly and accurately
- Ensure all dishes are presented according to restaurant standards
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
- Assist servers with guest requests and table maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
