What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Maintenance Personnel position at Tommy's Express - Newburgh?
We are seeking a detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated, and experienced Maintenance Person to join our family-owned company. The job requires basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to operate tools and equipment, as well as the ability to clean and organize work areas. The Maintenance Person will also be responsible for keeping records of all incidents and problems both outside and inside the Car Wash Facility. Must have the ability to work weekdays and/or the weekend but we will work with the right candidate to develop a schedule that works well for us both. Pay rate will reflect the level of experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical etc. Electrical knowledge is definitely a plus.
Be able to inspect and troubleshoot all equipment and systems. The key to this position is the ability to inspect and forsee potential issues before they become big problems.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
