Position Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet & assist customers with a friendly attitude.
• Site Maintenance: Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the site and car wash.
• Basic Operations: Learn & assist with car wash operations & equipment usage.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members & follow directions from supervisors.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Learning and Growth: Take the opportunity to learn various aspects of car wash operation.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Promote express experience & memberships
• Become knowledgeable about Tommy’s Express app & be able to walk a customer through the sign-up process

Position Type & Expected Hours

• Full-time roles typically work 30-40 hours per week
• Part-time roles typically work under 30 hours per week
• This position will require weekend and holiday availability

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional retail car wash environment. Team members may work both indoors and outdoors and are exposed to noise, water, weather conditions, and car wash equipment during operating hours (7:00am-9:00pm Monday through Sunday).

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
• Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
• Able to move equipment weighing up to 30-50 pounds.
• Able to work and commute in all weather conditions
• Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.

Tommy's Express Car Wash is a national, high-tech, \soft-touch\ automated car wash franchise known for fast, efficient, and environmentally conscious cleaning. They use specialized cloth and foam, utilize 40% less water than average, and offer an app-based membership club for unlimited washes

Pay: Starting at $14.00 / hour
