Tommy's Express Car Wash is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager. As a leader in the car wash industry, Tommy's Express is committed to providing exceptional service and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high standards of service.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
2. Customer Service:
- Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
3. Staff Development:
- Train, mentor, and coach staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
4. Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment functionality.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Address and resolve any issues related to equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
5. Financial Management:
- Assist in monitoring financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
6. Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels and ordering of supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize costs.
7. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards for both customers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, multi unit retail preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance practices desired but not required.
- Proven track record in achieving operational and financial goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with Tommy's Express Car Wash brand and values is a plus.
