Sales-Focused Shift Leader / Assistant Manager – Tommy’s Express Car Wash

Position Overview
This is a hands-on leadership and sales role. You will lead a 3–4 person team per shift, drive membership growth, and set the tone for energy, urgency, and performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Drive Membership Sales Daily
- Lead from the front—engage customers and close sales
- Coach team members on how to pitch and convert
- Lead a High-Performance Shift (3–4 team members)
- Set daily goals and hold the team accountable
- Create energy, urgency, and a competitive environment
- Maximize Revenue Per Car
- Upsell services and memberships consistently
- Customer Experience Excellence
- Turn every interaction into a positive, high-value experience
- Operations & Execution
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and wash quality
- Handle opening/closing and basic reporting
- Develop Your Team
- Train, coach, and push team members to improve sales skills
Compensation Structure
- Base Pay: $16–$18/hour
- Uncapped Commission (individual team performance)
Top performers will significantly out-earn base pay.

- Proven experience in sales, retail, QSR, or customer-facing roles
- Leadership experience preferred (Shift Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager)
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
