Cashier/Clerk duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Wait on and assist customers.
-Maintain a friendly and courteous appearance atmosphere and attitude with customers at all times. Make customers your number one priority.
-Handle Company funds in an efficient, accurate and honest manner.
-Maintain inventory control.
- Front shelves, both grocery and cooler.
-Restock all liquid dispensers.
-Maintain cleanliness of entire store, inside and outside.
-Properly operate cash register
-Comply with state laws and Company policy regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, lottery tickets and other age-restricted products where these items are sold.
-Have capability of lifting 50 pounds from a dead weight lift.
-Be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
Position Requirements:
-Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for employment.
-Must be a self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Must be flexible with work hours.
Benefits:
-Mininum Starting pay $12.00/hr
-Vacation Pay after one year
