Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
- Troubleshoot software issues and perform hardware repairs on computers and mobile devices.

- Repair equipment using hand tools and soldering techniques as necessary.
- Assist customers in understanding technical issues and guide them through solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with mobile devices including Android and iOS platforms.
