Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicle to complete scheduled deliveries and pickups.
- Follow designated routes accurately while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide outstanding customer service by communicating professionally with clients during drop-offs and pickups, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to identify maintenance needs or safety issues, reporting any concerns promptly.
- Make sure all paperwork is signed and handed into the office before the end of the day.
- Must report all trailer numbers that have been dropped and picked up at the designated location.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must provide professional references.
- Must provide past work history/employment information.
- Strong reliability and time management skills.
