POSITION SUMMARY:

The TH Designer is responsible for blending design innovation with technical execution, translating partnership concepts into high-quality men’s and women’s garments engineered for performance, durability, and sustainability.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Concept and develop apparel designs from initial idea through final product
  • Create sketches, technical drawings, and detailed design specifications
  • Lead fabric and trim selection and development with a focus on performance and functionality
  • Manage product data and development workflows within PLM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, merchandising) to ensure alignment
  • Ensure design intent, brand guidelines, fit, and performance standards are consistently met
  • Participate in fittings and provide input on fit, construction, and functionality
  • Present design concepts and seasonal direction to leadership
  • Research, analyze, and stay current on trends in the sports/performance apparel space
  • Manage timelines, handoffs, and deliverables in a fast-paced development calendar

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • 4 years in Apparel Design related experience


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Fashion Design

Skills:

  • Strong technical apparel design skills, including sketching and technical package creation
  • Deep knowledge of performance fabrics, trims, and garment construction
  • Experience working with PLM systems and product lifecycle management
  • Understanding of fit, patterning, and performance-driven design
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and vision
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and workflow management abilities
  • Knowledge of current trends in sports and performance apparel

Pay Range:$55.00 - $60.00

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
