Key Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming destination by greeting guests with a smile and offering assistance with shopping needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory management, process shipments, and respond to communication regarding product flow.
- Set the course for guest satisfaction by receiving products, processing returns, and ensuring shipping supply levels are maintained.
- Build a one-team mentality by assisting colleagues, learning product knowledge, and providing excellent service.
- Embrace Marlin Bar direction by sharing product knowledge with guests and employees daily.
- Maintain neat and accessible product storage areas.
Essentials for Life in Paradise:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 2 years of guest service and stock experience preferred.
- Retail and/or hospitality experience a plus.
- Strong service skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task.
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Bending, stooping, and kneeling required – frequently.
- Climbing ladders – occasionally.
- Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
- Possible travel for training and assisting at other Tommy Bahama locations.
- Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
