BE THE ISLAND GUIDE
- Create a relaxed destination - Direct Retail Team operations, ensuring the team delivers exceptional services experience and all retail locations appropriately reflects the Tommy Bahama lifestyle through brand execution
- Set the course - Co-manage team meetings with Retail as needed, ensuring retail programs are consistently communicated and executed between teams
- Build the perfect oasis - Implement strategies and facilitate learning and training programs that creates an environment for Retail Team Members to successfully promote sales
- Onboard your crew - Hire and mentor the best and brightest, assisting employees with career development strategies to understanding Tommy Bahama values in all business decisions and commitment to maintain the culture through the evolution of the business
- You have 5 years of retail experience
- You have 3 years retail management/leadership experience
- You have been exposed to merchandising and retail visual concepts
- You have coached and developed a team
- You have strong leadership and organizational skills
- You are a natural collaborator and are able to analyze reports, identify opportunities to take initiative in making merchandising and presentation adjustments
- You have a College Degree in Business or a related degree
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
