- Serve as contact and support for guest inquiries regarding banquets, and special events, including completing order forms and ensuring events are seamlessly completed to the satisfaction of the guest.
- Reconcile vendor invoices for accuracy, appropriately code invoices, obtain authorized signature and submit to AP for timely payment. Assist General Manager with creating, maintaining and analyzing monthly financial and location data
- Accurately and timely process all hires and terminations, as well as any employee changes in Workday.
- Help create a clean, safe, professional and upbeat environment
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
- Routine standing for duration of shift
- Safely maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
