Overview
As a Food & Beverage Office Coordinator, you’ll help keep the restaurant running smoothly by handling important administrative tasks. You’ll support the leadership team and help create a relaxed, island-style atmosphere for guests and team members.
Salary $23.00/hour
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing paperwork like vendor invoices, guest receipts, and bank deposits
- Assisting with employee paperwork and helping track timekeeping, payroll, and schedules
- Placing orders for the front and back of house
- Supporting leadership with daily needs and problem-solving
- Handling all Restaurant Event Order (REO) inquiries and finalizing all REOs
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of styles
- Natural collaborator with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
- Comfortable using a computer, navigating Windows and Microsoft Office, Point of Sale System and Outlook Email
- High school diploma or GED
