RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, and relationship building.
- Educate customers on life and health insurance options based on their individual needs and goals.
- Present insurance options, explain coverage & product features, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers while meeting established sales and activity goals.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for life, health, auto, and fire insurance products.
- Licensing: Active Michigan Life & Health Insurance License required.
- Sales-Minded: Comfortable prospecting, recommending products, asking for the sale, and working toward measurable production goals.
- Self-Sufficient: Takes initiative, follows through, and works independently without requiring constant supervision.
- Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and professionally, builds rapport quickly, and can explain insurance products in an understandable way
- Drive: Exhibits a strong motivation to achieve goals, continuously seeks improvement, and demonstrates a proactive approach to challenges.
- Coachability & Accountability: Receptive to feedback, willing to follow established sales processes, and takes ownership of individual results.
