The HR/Talent Specialist will be responsible for supporting recruiting operations, handling HR administrative tasks, and managing day-to-day office and facilities operations.

The HR/Talent Specialist will be responsible for supporting recruiting operations, handling HR administrative tasks, and managing day-to-day office and facilities operations.
Where you’ll be working: Atlanta, GA
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Support the recruiting process by scheduling a high volume of interviews, hosting candidates on-site and reserving conference rooms
- Complete recruiting projects including; sourcing, initial phone screens, and various HR/Talent projects and administrative tasks as needed
- Prepare and deliver daily status reports to management
- Schedule candidate interviews and travel
- Submit candidate travel expense reports
- Post open positions and on job boards
- Field candidate questions and requests related to benefits and escalate to the VP of HR as needed
- Assist the HR Manager with employee onboarding, paperwork, and new hire orientation
- Support administrative HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing documents, and coordinating internal communications
- Lead and manage the internship program from start to finish, including reviewing and interviewing candidates, scheduling, and coordinating intern events
- In conjunction with the HR Manager, help oversee employee initiatives (event planning, agency celebrations, corporate wellness, community service events, recognition, etc.)
- Input data into the HRIS system, pull HR reports and files/scans employee documentation
- Ensure the office remains clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
- Take care of daily office upkeep including watering plants, emptying the dishwasher, and maintaining common areas.
- Serve as the point of contact for facilities vendors, building maintenance, and office supply orders
- Coordinate light office projects and help troubleshoot basic day-to-day issues
- Help maintain a comfortable and productive work environment for all employees
- Assist with any other task that would help with office management
- 1-2 years administrative, coordinating experience or transferable skills
- Experience with G Suite and Microsoft Office
- Advertising Agency experience is a plus
- Recruiting/Talent Acquisition is a plus
- HR compliance is a plus
- Will be required to work onsite at the Atlanta (ATL) Office
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
