We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Server to join our team. Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Buss tables promptly after guests have finished dining to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies while handling food and beverages.
- Assist in the breakdown of events, including cleaning up and returning equipment to designated areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with banquet service procedures and catering operations is highly desirable.
