ISAT Total Support/Tomarco is a leading provider of seismic engineering consulting services and the related products and hardware used for nonstructural seismic bracing and the support of mechanical, electrical, and piping systems. Our focus is geared toward building utility systems within the commercial and industrial construction markets. Our primary focus includes but is not limited to, HVAC, mechanical, piping, distributed electrical systems, plumbing, process piping, and fire protection contractors.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to support our Las Vegas Fabrication Department. This role plays a key part in our procurement operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials, tracking work-in-progress, and supporting the full cycle of our fabrication orders—from quotation through production and delivery
excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Purchase materials and supplies in support of fabrication operations
- Obtain supplier quotes and negotiate pricing and terms for products and services
- Develop and submit quotes for fabrication orders (material and labor)
- Track and record purchase orders, deliveries, and material arrivals
- Enter orders accurately into TNT and maintain system data
- Create and organize production order packages, including quality documentation and technical drawings
- Monitor order status and manage supply base for availability and cost efficiency
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding delays, material issues, or outside processing needs
- Identify short-term and long-term solutions to supplier or production challenges
- Analyze market trends and delivery systems to improve procurement processes
- Prepare and print all documentation, labels, and related paperwork for the fabrication team
- Ensure timely cost accounting and inventory updates for all purchases
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align on project timelines and expectations
- Support all aspects of the fabrication production business from quotation through delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain; fabrication or construction industry a plus
- Strong understanding of industry procedures, materials, and vendor terms
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and related systems (TNT experience a plus)
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with budget tracking and cost management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to operate office and warehouse equipment and follow safety protocols
