Join TOMARCO Contractor Specialties LLP dba ISAT Total Support as an MEP Specialist in Las Vegas and play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. In this role, you will focus on increasing sales, maximizing gross profit, and building strong client relationships while representing our full line of products and services. ABOUT US:
Acts as the primary Administrative support to the Executive Sales Management (ESM) and Sales Team, working directly for the Director of Operations provide the support and tools to enhance and grow ISAT Sales.
In more specific terms, the position also encompasses the following responsibilities:
- Make sales calls (6-10 per day) specifically to generate sales daily.
- Promote all ISAT/Tomarco proprietary products and PHD products as your core business focus. (ISAT, CEAS, Kinetics, BBH, etc.) Leverage these products to secure all gross margin acceptable business within the account. You will be expected to focus most heavily on our CEAS line of product offerings.
- A key component to our success is proprietary product demonstrations. You will be asked to set up these educational seminars with contractors, project teams, consultants and owners.
- Work corporate sales management to ensure the company is providing you with all the tools you need to accomplish our collective goals.
- Uncover and solicit major Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing contractors to create sales opportunities and relationships that effect the generation of billings dollars. This is a long-term relationship so plant seeds for future business while looking for immediate sales opportunities
- Solicit and target specific projects and business influences to secure business opportunities. General commercial construction and large capital projects for both public and private sectors are Tomarco’s number one focus. Our expertise in healthcare and technology construction has proven to be excellent market niches as well. You are being asked to generate revenue on all project types yet ensure our penetration into our core market sectors above all.
- Participate with other Tomarco/ISAT sales representatives in performing job site product demonstrations and customer presentations when your insight and experience is needed.
- Become proficient with the means and methods of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and data com contractors – hangers and supports, vibration isolation, risers and other constructability trends.
- Monitor and report on the activities and strategies employed by competitors in your region. Empower the Technical Support Staff, sales staff and the corporate office with this insight to maximize business growth.
- Proprietary products are Tomarco’s primary business engines. Assist with the development of new products and look for new product opportunities to grow our line. We pride ourselves on the development of new unconventional approaches that save labor
- Collections: One of your core responsibilities is to ensure that accounts pay within our terms. The sales cycle is not complete until the order is paid. Make sure that this is a high priority of the Tomarco team and communicate with all clients as needed to champion this priority. Our collection staff will update you weekly on account status and you may be called upon for specific dialogue or communication with your accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of sales experience (construction/MEP industry preferred).
- Knowledge of construction; ability to read construction plans is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly personality.
- Professional, clean appearance; organized and punctual.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Reliable transportation and valid Nevada Driver’s License.
- Willingness to travel locally to job sites and contractor offices daily.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field is a plus, but not required.
