ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- After the Purchase Order (PO) is secured, you will work closely with Project Management (PM) to gather information, help establish lines of communication with the client, and begin tracking the project deliverables.
- Become very knowledgeable regarding internal Project Management Software (Nexus) and support PM’s in managing information and tracking projects through this system.
- Use established project management tools to track and monitor the progress of all ongoing projects while also developing new tools and systems.
- Provide daily status updates to the project team on the engineering job queue, following up on deadlines and priorities for engineering staff.
- Develop a working knowledge of our Vibration Isolation (VI) deliverables while working with our VI Manager.
- Work with VI and PM Teams to create and track orders.
- Work closely with the ISAT Administrative support staff to create Sales Orders, Material Releases, and Vendors. PC’s. Help keep track of all orders to ensure they are billed out properly.
- Identify opportunities within existing ISAT clients and projects, and work with the sales team to capture sales opportunities and relationships that affect the generation of billing dollars.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of what products/parts could be utilized on projects and be able to apply the ISAT line of supported products.
- Keep a clean and organized work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Contract Management or similar
- 2-3 years of experience working in Billing
