What You'll Do:
- Process and manage orders from start to finish in a warehouse environment.
- Use inventory software to handle invoices, shipping labels, and reports.
- Coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage shipments for on-time delivery.
- Provide tracking info to customers and the sales team.
- Handle returns, claims, and credit applications.
- Assist with sales reporting and forecasting.
- Keep inventory reports accurate and up-to-date.
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations as needed, including resolving order or inventory discrepancies
What We're Looking For:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with shipping logistics (FedEx, UPS, USPS) is a bonus.
- Knowledge of inventory software or Amazon Seller Central is a plus
- Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse environment, moving around the warehouse throughout the day
