General Information:
- Dedicated Operating Room time (0800-1530) - Mondays (surgeries) and Fridays (endoscopy) with additional blocks available
- Clinic time on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with 2 designated exam rooms and 1 procedure room with dedicated clinic staff.
- Average of 175 surgical (for all specialties) and endoscopy cases per month (110 surgeries and 65 endoscopies)
Responsibilities:
- Provide a broad range of general surgical care, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency procedures
- Perform 1-3 surgical cases weekly (average) and 4-5 endoscopies per week, with opportunities for growth.
- Participate in 15-20, C-sections annually as the primary provider plus assist with additional deliveries.
- Utilize advanced surgical resources, including da Vinci Xi robot with 24/7 availability and Provation Apex software for endoscopies along with Epic electronic medical record system.
- Participate in call rotation (shared among 3-4 surgeons, typically 1-week increments) with 30 minute response time
- Collaborate with experienced surgical Advanced Practice Providers, a dedicated anesthesia group, and other hospital staff to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
- Any other duties as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Salary commensurate with experience. Highly competitive base with availability of RVU or Quality Incentive upside structure can be negotiated.
- Sign on Bonus: $35,000
- Relocation Assistance: $15,000 standard, additional monies negotiable based on distance.
- CME Allowance: $5000 per year and 1 week paid time per year
- PTO: 5 weeks per year with 2 weeks given on hire; increases with years of service.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Eligible for or currently holds a Wisconsin medical license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
