Customer Service Agent – Sixt Rent a Car (Indianapolis International Airport)

Sixt Rent a Car, a proud Tom Wood company, is seeking dynamic and motivated Customer Service Agents to join our team at the Indianapolis International Airport. Shift & Pay:
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday
$17/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with the car rental process, including reservations, vehicle selection, and special requests.
Process reservations and updates, ensuring customers have accurate rental information.
Conduct vehicle inspections with customers before and after rentals, completing all documentation accurately.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues calmly and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members, management, and support staff to ensure smooth operations and a superior customer experience.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain professional under pressure and provide solutions-focused support.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
